I realize that the laptop itself creates some EMR, but there is a world
of difference between what it exposes you to when it is plugged in vs. when it
is not. I can use it for hours if it is not plugged in.

Sally has the best general nutritional info, but Mercola also includes importa
nt info. on metabolic typing. There is no one diet fits all. Some of us
need much more protein and fats, some more carbs. (But not grains, at least
not unfermented ones.)

Eating real food is not expensive. Being sick all the time is
expensive!
By real food, I mean whole, organic foods, as much locally-produced as
possible. What gets expensive is the processed and packaged stuff, which is
not real food anyhow.

Its much more expensive to buy organic food here than supermarket stuff - especially meat, but as you say - its well worth it..

I think I have to dig that veggie patch up again! I'll check those books out - I get Mercolas newsletter and find it very helpful..

Cheers
