Grounding can make things worse, if you create new pathways for high
frequency currents. You must always check with a meter, one that is capable of
detecting high freq. electric fields.
Refirgerators are not a problem, as they do not create the damaging
frequencies. You can resume using the top shelf!
ES symptoms are caused by high frequencies, not by fields per se.
