Yes, I believe you are right. My doctor works with nutrition and
classical homepathy. He stresses lots of good fats for increasing healthand
decreasing ES. I have followed his advice and gotten additional improvement
from that I got just using filters and avoidance. It is not possible to know
just how much improvement from each item, as I have done some things at the
same time, but I am not willing to make any more of a guinea pig out of myself
to determine that!
Good fats, by the way, do not include vegetable oils, and they do
include the fat of animals raised naturally, without pesticide, hormones,
antibiotics, strange food, etc. A good info. source on nutrition is

By the way, before I had found out what was causing my problems, some of
the symptoms that I had looked a lot like the beginning of MS. These went
away when we got the high frequencies out of our living space.
