re: compact flurescents & full spectrum lights

My four full spectrum lights from Light for Health sent my Stetzer
high freqency meter up from 100 to 400. I have two full spectrum
lights that i got 8 years ago and they don't increase those
frequencies at all. The old ones have tubes so they most be
flourscents, the box doesn't give much info.

Now i want to return the new ones.
