Hi Marc
Don't know why, but it worked now on a rerun; so the trial is installed again. Can feel it already, but will give it some time. |

Make sure it is at the lowest setting, and if you start feeling bad, turn it off and try again tomorrow. I have the Quantum Byte software installed on all of our home/work computers, and have it set at the highest setting and leave it on all the time. However, these days I don't really notice anything from it, although I probably would notice feeling worse after a while without it. It was much more noticeable in the few first years... Marc |

Yes, that is why it so difficult to offer "generic" advice to people with ES. The same suggestion can cause one person to feel horrible, while another person notices no difference. Fortunately with the Quantum Byte software, it is a free download with a 14-day trial period, so you can figure out how you react initially without spending any money. I actually think "feeling horrible" to start with is a good sign that this could be helpful in the long run, but it may take days/ weeks/months of ramping up ones tolerance before being able to benefit it from it fulltime. Hi Marc
I emailed them and they sent me a download link, so now it's definitely running. I've set it on it's lowest and will see how it goes (and keep you posted). --- In [hidden email], "Marc Martin" <marc@...> wrote: > > > Don't know why, but it worked now on a rerun; so the trial is installed > > again.
