possible xrinity hotspot didnt get turned off even though its off in settings?

Im at my parents house temporarily and they have graciously allowed me to make the house more emf sensitive friendly temporarily. They have one of those small tower like routers x1 or something like that. We disabled wifi and turned off the hotspot feature. Advanced security is off as well. The router is still kicking out a large amount of rf within 4 feet. Using my coronet meter its in the high yellow. Is there a way to see if they are still using it as a hotspot even though it says its off? It does say in fine print, please allow 24 hours to take effect. Its been over a month. The reason this came up is because its been great here for the last couple weeks l. Even fhough they have a wireless alarm that uses mobil and there are still unusual hotspots in the house even with all electronics shutt off from what I can only guess is the smart meters dirty electricity? Last night was one of the worst nights Ive had  since ive been here. Interestingly my room is low in the bed but chest level it was high. The house is old and has plaster walls fwiw. If it's overnight, you could just unplug the router -- it won't be emitting then, and then you can see if you're still having symptoms.

Otherwise you could use a phone or laptop with wi-fi to see if there are any strong wi-fi signals that might be inside the house.

The parents Fall asleep to streaming of Perry Mason  (they keep it on all night to drown out my dads snoring, I know weird) LOL So unfortunately I'm unable to turn off the Wi-Fi router at night. They do seem to have a pretty strong signal from their neighbor (they are about 6 to 10 ft away) suddenly but I don't think that they've changed their Wi-Fi recently they are on pretty good terms with their neighbor and their neighbor seems to have the old Wi-Fi.
