possible chemical triggers

BiBrun
It occurred to me recently that apart from my higher than average microwave
exposures, any unusual chemical exposures should be considered as possible
triggers.

In that vein, does anyone else on the list use CuZn shower or bath filters?
I've stopped using them on the suspicion that copper could play a role.

Also, we got a Tempurpedic mattress a few years ago that outgassed horribly.

Of course I'm exposed to tons of toxins beyond those, but probably similar
to
everyone around me (many of whom also have illness suspiciously ES like,
but many are healthy).

I could also add that I used to exercise a lot and really have not been in
the
last few years.

Hi, Bill,

My current ES began with a bad pesticide exposure to which I seemed to react to as an allergen, which supports your theory. (What I mean is, apart from an immediate bad reaction to the chemical, I continue to react to increasingly more minute amounts of this pesticide. When I inquired about it, I was told I was experiencing an allergic reaction.) Due to celiac disease, I havea highly overactive immune system, which probably played some part in that.

And, yes, exercise is instrumental for clearing toxins from your body, which probably also plays a part in people who come down with ES.
