Hi guys,
I joined not too long ago, and occassionally browse your "insanely," as some would like to call us, highly informational posts and I was just wondering as i read the post about the nabble forum - there's a lot of us out here - (I so thought i was alone in the beginning)......has there been any efforts to make our cases publicly (sp?) known? I'm a teacher so my career is linked in all sorts of ways to having to be online and I have at least 24 more years to retire....is there any way we can do something collectively? Active protests, I don't know....soomething - This thing is such a plague, no one but us is taking it seriously and I feel like we're out here and it won't be addressed until the "right" person or people are affected. But we are the right people.....I apologize if I've missed any information on this...Sometimes hopelessness sets in and I really miss feeling regular. But I do indeed feel like we need to stand up. PS. I've been reading the posts about your friend who recently passed, my condolences - it seems like she was indeed a gem...being in the dark about the particulars and knowing how we suffer is a bit uneasy, but again is there anything we can do as a community - If you know of such an effort, please inform me because I need to be a part of something that's fighting for our issues. I'm in GA. Thanks for listening |
aha! I'm scrolling through and reading thru past posts on my topic, any other info please let me know.

Certainly we've seen people protesting against Smart Meters, so that's a start. And obviously there have been people concerned about cell phone tower placement next to their homes, and also wi-fi in public places. I think ES may be too obscure to be having big protests, and besides, there are still places that will lock you up in a mental institution for claiming such a thing, so with that in mind, I think many may prefer to keep a low profile... I know and most times so do I.........but sometimes you just want to scream. I do realize we are still a huge minority.

The smart meter has put everyone into the ES category. It's just a matter of informing them.
