As far as intolerance, yes, maybe milk isn't for everyone.
You're right that bad bacteria being introduced to someone with a compromised immunity can be not a good thing. That is why maintaining a healthy gut is so important with regular influxes of raw organic and cultured products. Pasteurization kills the good bacteria. What usually is the problem is that 99.99 % of the public has never had raw organic milk and they are reacting to milk without Lactase and Lactose being balanced. Pasteurization and processing kills the essential parts of milk and that is why lactose intolerance and allergy are such an issue. It also has a lot to do with the health of the cow, the cow's environment and the good vs. bad bacteria count. Organic Pastures Dairy has extremely high good bacteria counts. The cows are very healthy. You drop harmful e-coli or whatever else into the milk, the milk kills off the bad stuff. Please don't take my word for it. Read the research. A quick google will surface much or go to Organicpastures.com and read there. There is a doctor in Fresno, CA that swears that Raw Organic Milk has cured patients of Asthma. Raw Organic Butter is curing Autism. This is rather interesting for a person with ES, as both ES and Autism are similar in that people often blame these illnesses on mercury poisoning. Marc |

May I add, Andrew, that my husband has never shown symptoms of lactose intolerance in
all the years he drank regular, pasteurized milk. This is why we're not inclined to attribute his current reaction to intolerance. (Still hoping it's "rebalancing" as you say.) In our home, I am the one who is lactose intolerant (have been for over 15 years) and I seem to digest raw milk and colostrum without much trouble. Interesting. I've heard of high raw butter diets used to treat
certain epilepsies. Perhaps there is a brain connection there it certain cases. --- In [hidden email], Marc Martin <marc@u...> wrote: > > > Raw Organic Butter is curing Autism. > > This is rather interesting for a person with ES, as both > ES and Autism are similar in that people often blame these > illnesses on mercury poisoning. > > Marc > |
