one certain laptop i have

it needs a new battery so i have to charge it all up before turning it on and keep it plugged in and i think its giving me  a sore lower lip

anyone heard of this?

i doubt if its cancer

new idea-the desk lamp with incandescent bulb helped give me rash on left side of face with veins showing on left or im just getting old--switching to LED - ILL BE FORCED TO TURN IT OFF MORE
