new to the forum

chris m
Hi Folks
I have suffered from ES for 16 years now, it started with mobiles, microwave ovens, then on to wifi , masts, then laptops and routers, and now hardwired pc's, totally at the end of my tether as I work in a college full of wifi and all the latest gadgetry, I got to the point in my last house where I could hear (yes hear) the mobile phone mast which was only 300m from my house a low vibrational noise which was external, my main objective was shielding and avoidance but this no longer is a clear option to get rid of all rf in my life so Im now systematically trying to do something about it, as I type to you now im getting blasted with my laptop,  Im now moving to a new house, fillings are being removed and now starting my detox plan starting with a parasite cleanse then the liver and kidney, im hoping all this makes a difference but still worry on the place I work, (its not the kind of job you just leave from)  do you think any of this will help, any advice welcome

Re: new to the forum

Patricia
hi, chris.  welcome!
i am beginning to think we EFTers are more "aware"
than others.  the real question is: why do others not
hear/feel/see what we do?
others might not see/hear/feel what we do because they
are busy with other things, including grievous ailments
such as cancer and heart attacks that they don't associate
with 'modern living' - but we look straight at the cause
and it IS everywhere.

it's a good thing that you are moving.  and a good thing
you are here.  i think the salt water cure is wonderful.
most of us 'modern livers' are deficient in minerals due
to the use of sodium chloride rather than full-spectrum
sea salt, evaporated by the sun.
i used full-spectrum mineral drops from 'trace minerals'
and have experienced relief.  actually, i now switched
from adding 20 "trace mineral" drops to my zero water...
(taking the well water here from 350ppm to 0ppm), and
now i add a pinch of celtic salt... and i am enjoying it
and feeling even better.  but when i spend much time
in high-EMF fields, i still wilt on the vine... fortunately,
i too moved to a more 'controlled' environment... i can
turn breakers and machines on and off as i need or
want to avoid EMF.  and most machines here are 40
feet away.

i eat primarily raw, organic fruits & veggies... a few eggs
a month (the chickens are just across the driveway, so i
know they are not factory eggs), a little goat yogurt and
goat kefir, cooked beans a few times a week, but primarily
raw, organic fruits & veggies - with a HUGE emphasis on
dark, green, leafy veggies - for they too have lots of
minerals, organic minerals, filtered through the earth,
the plants' roots, veins, capillaries... greens are the best
food for health.  mixed organic spring greens in the stores
make life easy - I squeeze half a lemon over a big
bowl of greens, add celtic salt to taste, organic extra
virgin olive oil, a couple of cloves of very thinly sliced
garlic... delicious and everything in it is very good for a
body's health.  my 'quarter pounder' is a quarter pound
of greens.

love, patricia

Re: new to the forum

hi chris.
i am a small female, so you will need to determine
your needs for your size, gender, activity level, etc
you can find sun-dried celtic salt in most health food stores.
it is the ONLY salt i keep in my house and use in my food.
for water, i add just a few grains - on the tip of a knife -
to a quart of zero water... but experiment... see what tastes
'right' to your body.  and it will change through time.
YOUR body will tell you how much you need if you listen to it.
bodies are very wise.  if they want more of something,
it will taste good to them... if they want less, it won't taste
good.
i need less concentrace minerals now because i have been
'remineralizing' for many years.
kiln-dried salt is not good, because heat distorts molecules.
for instance, soft-edged silica molecules when heated,
become harder and sharper than asbestos.   this is why
field-burning is not good for lungs.

fresh vegetable juices are also good for remineralizing.
some towns have juice bars; some people have juicers.
my machine is an omega 8006.  i bought it at
with a 20% off coupon.  it's my favorite juicer so far!
and teeth are also good at juicing if you bother to chew.

oh, yeah, this is the product i used in the past - and am
very grateful for...
there are a lot of good articles on that site.
we are all mineral deficient because all manufactured foods
are made with depleted salt. see my article at

it is a miracle our bodies have survived at all, with all
the challenges of modern living, especially modern foods
and modern medicine.
AND bodies are resilient... they heal quickly, once provided
the correct ingredients and cleared of toxins.
my dietary evolution started with dropping sugar, dairy,
wheat, corn, soy - which are the major food no-nos...
(i read all labels very carefully before i buy any packaged food)
i added more greens and safe whole grains - avoiding GMOs!
eventually, i went 'raw vegan' but now i eat a little egg and
goat dairy.

here's a primer in how to make a really healthy salad, easily...

regarding overall health, this is an article i wrote long ago...

let me know if you would like more info.
love, patricia

For me, having silver fillings removed helped a great deal.  Heavy metal detox also helped, but in the short term (for several weeks after each treatment) it made me much more sensitive. It was a miserable experience, but I am glad I went through it.

Avoiding exposure as much as possible while detoxing is a good idea.  I know firsthand how difficult that is when you have to work.  If nothing else, make sure that you have a very low RF area at home to sleep in (a basement is probably better than above ground, or use some sort of shielding).

If you wear glasses, you may want to consider getting plastic frames.  Most do have some wire embedded in them, but Swissflex makes frames without any.  This made a big difference for me.

Also, if you use ceramic or stoneware dishes, you may want to switch to glass.  The glazes used on many ceramics can leach heavy metals.
