Perhaps you could do a search on your new appliances for user and spec manuals online to find out if they are smart and where the module is located.
I purchased a new dryer recently and went for the most basic model. I haven't detected any pulsed radiation from it and the specs manual does not indicate that it is equipped with a smart module.
