meter DT1130

Hi
wondered if anyone has a DT1130 EMF detector meter.
Got one online for $10 and wondered what it is measuring.
o around fridge, is reading at outlets, light switches,
computer mouse, back of monitor, some places in the wall.
Thanks for any ideas
