metal-free reading glasses

Hi all,

I was in a store the other day, and ran across some reading glasses
that contained no metal at all -- no metal support wires embedded in
the plastic stems, no metal hinges, no metal screws.  100% plastic!
And they seem to work better (higher quality optics) than the usual
"drug store" reading glasses.  So if anyone is looking for reading
glasses that won't exacerbate their EMF sensitivity symptoms, take a look
at this website:

  http://www.perannum.com/products/ERS.aspx

These are call Nannini "flat specs", and it was the "Compact"
style that contains no metal (when stored, the stems go above
and below the lenses)

I was told that the plastic frames are the ones that cause people reactions, and the
metal frames are preferable..  is this true?

Maybe it varies by person.  For me, the more metal in the glasses, the
more unpleasant symptoms when in a high EMF area.

I think metal frames cause problems. RF sticks to metal.

Many have allergy issues to
some of the polymers used in frames.

I have no problems with nylon,

polycarbonate lenses cause stinging. Goes along w MCS.
