metal-free belts

Hi all,

As we know, some (all?) folks with ES seem to have trouble with metal on
their person, especially in high EMF environments. I was just doing
some searching, and found a source of metal-free belts (since my current
belt has a rather large metal belt buckle):

http://beepfreeproducts.com/

I couldn't find a metal-free watch, although certainly there are watches
that have less metal than "regular" watches (e.g. Swatch watches have
some models that contain a lot of plastic). Perhaps the best solution
there is to simply not wear a watch?

Marc

Hi, Marc.

I never could wear watches since childhood--I stopped them--and that seems to be a form or side-effect, I should say, of ES.  I finally found I could use watches by backing them with electrical tape OR (better yet) buyingwatches which have the band as one piece of leather or cloth which weaves thru the watch ends and under the watch (like a tiny belt).  You can thenalso put electrical tape on the watch itself and it won't touch your skin that way.

My 2 cents,
 Diane
