lentils and recovery

sourdoe83
I accidentally almost completely resolved my EMHS by accident when I had a lot of lentil soup recently as ridiculous as it sounds but I kid you not. Someone bought from Big Y this lentil soup mix one night and I decided to give it a try, really good, and I'm kinda sick right now so I ate a lot of it. Then I noticed something familiar, like a heavy limbs, warm feeling when you over do it with something chelating. I also happened to be doing something later that night with tech that would otherwise give me issues but I noticed almost nothing was happening. Thought it was weird and I tried some more things involving my other PC the next morning and there was almost nothing going on (I could feel something very slight but I don't know if that's even just normal and most people don't even pick up on those subtle things). I thought I was in the twilight zone.

So I look up lentils nutritional information and I found out that lentils have binders in them like phytates, tannins, and lectins. The only thing I can think of is that I still had some sort of heavy metal accumulation in there that nothing else was able to get since I can't think of anything else I might have an overabundance of that could cause EMHS. I'll have some more later this week and see where that goes. I recommend anyone else that has tried just about everything else under the sun that hasn't worked try this and see if it also works for you.

Fantastic. This is very cool and I like your theory.

Can you post the exact product name or link it, so we see what it was also? It may be just lentils, but which ones exactly, could make a difference, and did the product, since you say it was a mix, contain anything else, like spices, additives, or other nutrients.

Sorry for the late reply here. This was the night before so the 28th actually and the brand of it was Savory Fare with the name Gentle Lentil. It was made in this state so I don't know if it's anywhere else.

I looked up the company. That is a great service you have there. I think they must rotate their recipes (or they don't publish all on the web), because I could not find it on their website, but it was probably something like this:

Let us know how you feel in the coming weeks. I think some atmospheric changes are taking place, .. there is a lot less chemical pollution of course.
