lawsuits for ES

PUK
The issue of encroachment and nuisance would be based on what is reasonable
we already have enforcement legislation to do with noise, odour, pollution and
the like.
So if I put my neighbour on notice that I am made unwell by his wireless
technologies which are invading my property, and this can be clearly
demonstarted(particularly as my attached neighbour has no such devices) then at the very
least if I sustain serious injury that can be seen as having occured due to
the unwanted pollution then it might be proved within the balance of
probabilities that I have a viable case. Can he afford to take the chance that any
time in the future the law will support ES persons in this particular area.
This certainly puts the mockers on your neighbours after all if they are
freindly they will likely help you. It would not be a dispute if you word things
and approch it carefully.

I was sacked 2 yrs ago quite clearly as a result of my ES on the premise of
poor performance. My union at the time as indeed the Disability rights
comission took this very seriously, legal proceedings followed and I was sucsessful
in obtaining a payment, I hasten to add that this did not come to tribunal
and I aggreed to be bound by a gagging clause.

The issue of encroachment of these technologies should be persued as a core
factor in any campaign for the rights of ES persons, along with the
disability/impairment issue.

PS my neighbours have removed the dect some 2-3 hrs ago and I do feel
somewhat better for that, lets not forget the phychology also which is umbilically
linked to everything, that the shere stress of knowing that the dect was
irradiating me and my family 24hrs a day has now been removed (for now)so that is
a double releif. They still have the wifi, but I have eliminated one
offending transmitter.
