Friends,
I've had hair, blood and urine analysis done again recently and they
revealed (among other things) low iodine and thyroid function. My
environmental Dr. , Dr.Joan Nielsen gave me Iodoral, an iodine
/potassium iodide supplement and my energy has increased notably.

Another thing that was low was my DHEA hormone in my brain. I
understand that this hormone is important for cell protection and brain
function. Since I get a lot of headaches, my Dr. prescribed DHEA, 1
tablet of 50 mg a day. I seem to have more resistance and my headaches
aren't as severe.
For energy, I have been taking Eleuthero, an herbal standardize extract
of Siberian Ginseng.
It helps me brighten up my day.
These are not detox and solution-to-causes remedies. It nice for me to
get help in the mean time while I do the rest.
