Generally I wear them in my pants pocket, or if using a computer I'll put
it on the table between the keyboard and the monitor. Or if watching TV
I'll put it either on the TV itself or next to me on a table. While
sleeping, I put in on the nightstand next to the clock radio. You just
need to experiment with it until you find something that works best.
Generally, it's stronger if its closer to you. I find the strongest
placement (at least for me) is at the back of my neck.
You'll notice from the above that I don't just always have it on me --
that's because I reach the point of "too much of a good thing" if I do
that 24/7. Putting it a foot or two away tends to get rid of that
problem.
The instructions that I've seen for the smaller ones are simply put
it in your pocket or wear it around your neck. I don't like wearing
anything around my neck, so these sorts of devices always end up
in my pants pocket.
If you buy these from the manufacturer, they included some printed
matter with them explaining the devices (although I find their
explanations suspect). But if you buy them from ChooseCRA.com,
I don't think they include anything with them.
