My experiences have been the same as Marc's. If you look at how most gadgets work, tho, you see why it takes a while to see whether they are going to work. Most cause detoxing, and most of the symptoms are detox symptoms. It takes about 6 weeks before you get over all the detox symptoms. This is why you need a long trial period. If you don't have detox symptoms at the beginning, then you have to ask yourself how this gadget is working.

It's common to forget how bad we were in the first place, so sometimes a
good test is to STOP using a device and see if you notice yourself
getting worse.
However, that said, most of the devices I use are ones that were very
noticeable on day 1. Including some that provoked a seemingly bad
reaction (detox), and required some time to get used to.
