housing swap for cooking, cleaning, childcare, errands, etc.?

Hi all,

I'm seeking a housing situation where I could exchange childcare, errand running, cooking, and/or cleaning for rent. I have moderate chemical and electromagnetic sensitivities, and I'm open to living in various parts of the country.
