I was obsessed with colon cleansing way back in 2001, and tried
a variety of products and also tried colonics. I never thought
anything lived up to the "hype" behind this (probably because
my problems were elsewhere). Anyone, the product I liked
the best was Henry's Organic Internal Cleaner:

http://www.greenlineorganic.com/cleanser.htm

This is a pretty obscure product however... there are certainly
brands that are easier to find in health food stores...

I would recommend to read Rich Anderson's "Cleanse and Purify Thyself" Books
1 & 2 and first get a clear understanding of what cleansing is all about.
His cleanse is also the best I have ever tried.
Happy cleansing!

Those are interesting books, but I never had much luck with
his products...

Yeah, I do recall you mentioning this Marc. Did you follow the program as
laid out in the book?
I did the second level up from the gentlest cleanse and incorporated
colonics with it and had the smell of tar coming out of my body. My mother
used to rub it into my skin and scalp 30 years ago to alleviate psoriasis.
(Not that it worked!) I recognised the smell straight away and was amazed
that this was still stored away in my body.
Good Stuff!
Cheers, Helen

It's simpler -but NOT easier - to define what is food, and what is fodder.
Food does not foul our innards, so we remain clean.
