getting better somehow

sourdoe83
I have not posted a while as I haven't had anything to say or contribute I felt anymore than I have but over the past couple months I decided to be a bit brave and try some natural remedies. I'm not fully better but I think I stumbled upon something that is key in getting better whatever I did. So I'm going to post all I can get off the top of my head on what I did and what happened.

It started with trying a new shampoo since I was sick of my dry head and didn't know this was related until I bought an extremely powerful shampoo with tea tree, some other minty ingredients, ect- (can't remember off the top of my head but I can dig up a link if anyone wishes). After using it twice all of whatever was on my head was cleared leaving me with minimal dandruff and no layer of other gunk on it I didn't even realize was there until I used this stuff. I noticed a drastic improvement with the whole face burning and vision attacking aspect of it when I'm exposed to more intense fields. I thought I wouldn't get any further than that until by accident recently when going for something else.

Recently I was trying to get into using something to relax myself and reduce stress during the day with something called kava. It was quite the adventure as I couldn't handle drinking the root too well and extracts were far too potent and hard on my body but I noticed that it somehow reduced my ES greatly when I was on it. When I was completely sober minus coffee I felt it more so and especially so after eating a big meal somehow. I came to the conclusion that it has to be something nerve based going on with body toxins/heavy metals going on. So I took a plunge into natural nootropics land with a product called Neuro-shroom (primal herbs, on amazon is the brand) and gulped some down in coffee. What I got was hyper neural stimulation and much of senses back rather quickly. My vision and hearing was almost instantly clearer but now I was far more sensitive to stimulants of all kinds but still addicted to coffee so I felt absolutely wired till it calmed down and more exited my system but leaving some residual what appears to be rebuilt or created neural networks from it. It was actually Christmas day when I decided to try it and I noticed I was able to tolerate the screen on my smart phone for longer and with less physical allergic like reactions with face/ear burning up or my abdomen and neck getting agitated which are key symtoms for me. It eventually got there but less so and after a longer period of time. Then I went over someone elses place and was surrounded by cell phones and wifi which I didn't hold up too well in where I got tension, visual disturbances, fatigue, and digestive discomfort but strangely no face burning.

So fast forward to that night I ordered this product from the same company called Gynostemma Jiaogulan because I was sick of the mystery neurological as far as I could tell ES and chemical sensitivity issues and with some progress even though I felt like a science experiment I wanted to continue. Yesterday it came in and today I took the plunge into that after my morning coffee in decaf earl grey tea and it almost instantly calmed my body down but leveled it out it seems. No over or under stimulation. I went to work and was feeling far more mentally capable and was able to handle being on the registers better, I barely even felt the screen radiation like I used to but my chemical sensitivity from working in the place appears to have stayed mostly static if not slightly better. Then I went home and did an even more crazy test, I opened the most resource hogging game on my computer and played it for a couple hours. I got ear ringing and an achy feeling with some moderate facial agitation but I was able to play without feeling like I just got hit by a truck.

So in conclusion there was something sensitizing me on my head that was contributing to my ES and most likely CS. Taking a neurological enhancer made enduring electric fields easier but lead to over stimulation. Then another adaptogen product calmed it down, leveled out something in my system and I was able to withstand even more without getting ill. I still feel it a lot but it's not as deadly up front anymore whatever I exactly did for my body. So in a nutshell for my case it's neurologically related, there was imbalances in my body, and I was poisoned with something and there was a lot of it on my head acting sensitizing me to multiple aspects of the condition. This also seemed to have some anti-aging effect on me because now my skin is somewhat clearer too. Another thing I noticed is that when I got a bad episode of ES from exposure or CS that my speech would go down the drain and I would sound terrible, I have finally taken back more of my natural voice because of this. The other things I use often are cilantro and rosemary every morning, oregano and basil in a lot of food, and I use sage when I'm baking. I've also been drinking oolong tea often and am about to integrate 2 lemons worth of juice into water a week at half a fruit each glass to see what that does for me.

I have noticed that the redness in my face from EMF exposure definitely changes based on what sorts of things you put on your skin during the day, like soap & shaving cream.  I haven't noticed any difference from the shampoo's I've used.

I used this stuff, just browsed around for the most obnoxiously powerful one I could find that looked like it was as organic ingredient wise as you can get with shampoo these days.

That's one thing I never got from exposure, facial redness. I get burning but no redness. I noticed that too so I use as little as I need and try to keep my skin clear from the inside. I don't even use shaving cream. Noticed my chemical sensitivity even though it's is own thing goes hand in hand with ES. If it is bad, then my ES is even worse. This was the first shampoo for me that I noticed did anything much for me at all, even the tea tree stuff they put on when I get a hair cut I gave up on since it only felt like someone poured icy hot on my head and face for the next couple days when they used it. When I'm at work in the dirty department store I work in and I've been touching cleaning supplies and beauty products that customers have been buying all day and that I need to stock it gets far worse. I need to wash my face off as soon as I get home and keep on it or it builds and makes me sicker and sicker.

Update: tried using lemon yesterday to see if I actually had anything that could be remedied with that or noticeable lack of one nutrient or another. Wasn't the case, only made me more acidic and made my CS/ES somewhat worse. So keeping your body further away from acidic is a huge factor I guess along with keeping free radicals under control. Next thing I'm gonna try integrating when that calms down is lemongrass tea and see what that does for me.

Also day 3 of Gynostemma Jiaogulan tea at the recommended dose, definitely keeping this in my daily diet but alone unless I find something else decaf that goes perfect with it since I just read up earl grey is higher in fluoride content and I don't think that's something you need anymore of with anything we have.Back to oolong but separately. GJ is definitely a miracle in how it balances mind and body like this.

Yeah the smell of it was bad but after day 3 I noticed no lasting benefit for my ES or CS. No real changes either, so back to the drawing board. So it isn't the immune system alone, could play a role since it seems that the endocrine system does go nuts when I get bad exposure though. But anything that seems to reduce stress through voltage gated channels and strengthen the neurological system helps but doesn't cure anything permanently. I mean personally detoxing for a long time through use of a lot of herbs daily did help the baseline effects of what I am going through long term but it just lightened the load. I don't seem to be dangerously deficient in anything either since all my health issues right are stemming from this stupid never ending nightmare problem.

When I get exposed to strong wifi the first thing that is effected is my brain, I get all messed up in the head with hyperactivity and it quickly leads to instability everywhere else with the endocrine system next in a trickle down effect. Different sources do different things I noticed too, wifi for example made me hyperactive and extremely stressed for a while after exposure, monitor radiation did the same thing but with more facial burning effects and sharp mood changes, BUT from my computer tower after a while I get lethargic, some confusion, and off balanced all over in my body. When I'm exposed to something bad at work chemical wise I notice the same direction but the thyroid just goes nuts easier through that passage. The only thing I can think of that this points to above all is damage to the blood/brain barrier that happened in one way or another and it causing all sort of other issues that can be just about anything depending on who you are and your lifestyle.

So I did research on that and I can't find squat on or anything that points me towards "how to repair the blood brain barrier" besides some sketchy pay up and find out info product blog links. Digging through pubmed I can find a million sources on what can cause that and a bit on what can happen but healing is a whole different story. I think the most I can do now unless I find something else is more body defense. I've tried now just about every tea out there besides the lemongrass I have on the way. I'm not expecting anything extraordinary or much at all but it's something. This is so frustrating but I'm not tearing my hair out anymore over it. If I have any more ideas I'll come back once I tried them though.

I'm trying out some things for the blood/brain barrier. Gotu Kola, theanine, bacopa, soon to try Lion's Mane.
Have a lot of anxiety due to a job search having ES and MCS making it more stressful
