Recently, my sensitivity has become so bad that I can't be in a restaurant
where there is a flat screen TV any where. Even if I don't sit close to them, I am disturbed. I had to run out of a place while having dinner with my children. I guess there is no remedy for this except avoidance. Really, I don't know why there must be flat screens in modest restaurants. I have noticed that in upscale places, there are no flat screens. Of course if there is a bar there is always a flat screen. My world is getting smaller. Estelle [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] |

Dear Estelle,
I know exactly what you mean. I have learned that flat screens bother me about 5 years ago. Avoidance is the only way for me. Look at the bright side..... we save money by cooking at home! sorry, just trying to keep it light. Dining out in the last few years for my husband and I has been A & W and we can eat in our vehicle. At least I still get a break from cooking. I know , I would die for a good prime rib dinner and a glass of wine, but that's not going to happen. We are tough, we can manage! Never give in.... never give up! Aimee --- On Sun, 9/9/12, [hidden email] <[hidden email]> wrote: From: [hidden email] <[hidden email]> Subject: [eSens] flat screens in restaurants, big problem. My world is getting smaller - Yes a very apt way of summing up our ES
predicament ! Recently on holiday I sat down in the outside section of a pub along a main street, it was not long before a got some interesting sensations in my head including stabbing pains, I first suspected that it was a person using a mobile (Iphones seems the worst for me at the moment) but then something else happened, I thought that this man was staring directly at me, so I stared back at him ! this went on for a minute or two and then he left, LOL all the time I was sitting just below a large flat screen tv !!! puk In a message dated 10/09/2012 06:12:52 GMT Daylight Time, [hidden email] writes: My world is getting smaller.
