I recently started a colon cleanse program by taking "fibre cleanse with
bentonite". I had never taken this before. A surprising side-effect is that when I feel ES symptoms and drink the bentonite mixture, my symptoms are significantly reduced. To me it feels like the bad energy that was making my body feel sick suddenly is grounded by the mixture. Otherwise it may be mercury or toxins getting absorbed so they don't create as much symptoms. So I'm going to try drinking the mixture more often (in smaller quantities) to relieve ES symptoms, and not just for cleaning my colon. Side-Note: I also just received a kit in the mail for "LL Magnetic Clay Bathing mixture. It is a mixture of bentonite clay that is supposed to rapidly detox mercury from body. Given that they use this bentonite clay for mercury detox, it makes sense that the bentonite in fibre cleanse may do the same. This may be why the fibre mixture is effective for ES when drinking, if ES symtoms are triggered by mercury. Glenn |

I've noticed this with more than one brand of probiotic, but I've been using "primal defense" for quite awhile, because it is less prone to perishing and has more aggressive strains (plus it tests well when I go get EAV tested) Marc |

Hi Glen, You might want to watch out for Bentonite in the long run. According to the people who make the Ejuva intestinal cleanse (see their info at www.ejuva.com), they stayed away from bentonite because it contains upwards of 30% aluminum, so you might risk replacing one metal with another. I did the ejuva cleanse in october and it has left me in a lot better shape according to pulses read by the chinese doctor I'm consulting. Hi David,
Thanks for tip. I'll definitely reconsider the bentonite fibre mix. The "LL Magnetic Clay" is a special formula that is low in aluminum. hi, the aluminum of most clays appears to be in a non-bioavailable form, so it cannot cause metal poisoning, anyways bentonite clay is supposed to be a detoxifying agent. also clays have been a "food" staple in some cultures for centuries. dont know if there is bioavailable aluminum in some clays, I am not an expert on clays anyways, need to do more research on this. Anyways, I am also eating clays lately along with strong probiotics (prevent constipation and it appears there is some synergy between clays and probiotics) and it appears that my ES is reduced, I can actually focus better in the computer. Marc,
After all these years, are you still successfully using the Garden of Life Primal Defense? I started out very successfully with that from 2011-2015. A few years ago I tried to pick it back up again. I would have liver/gallbladder issues every time I tried to faithfully use it again. As soon as I took it to my alternate and put it on the EAV, we immediately found it was very detrimental to the liver. And found out that it wasn't just me but himself and most of his other patients do not test well with it. Even though they once used to. Not sure what they did because the ingredients read the same, and if anything, the Garden of Life products appear to have everything good you would want for the body. I think, as well as many others, that when Jordan Rubin sold out to Nestle, something more changed. |

I don't have any issues with Primal Defense, even today, but maybe something has changed in the formulation. There are other similar types of products sold, like Body Biotics, that might be an okay alternative.

That's good. Could also be location supplier as well. So far I've had great success with Nutrispec Immuno-Synbiotic X-Flam or Immune Restore prebiotics +probiotics.
Life Extension was doing alright for a while with their Phage probiotics. A capsule within a capsule basically. But then that line went awry and seemed to ferment or something undesirable in the bottle. Seemed many other people were also having same issue. Probiotics are a hard one. It's not a one solution fits every individual kind of product. |
