emf "smell" continued...

Paresh
I realized it is when I have a DVD or even a CD playing in my laptop that I feel an immediate difference. Is there something unique about these 2 that creates more emf?
blessings,

Well, there is a motor which spins the disc, and there is also a laser
which is used to read the disc...

And the electronics, the circuit board running at x Mhz doing all the
thinking, reading and sending of data across the bus to the main board.

If you are sensitive to the magnetics, blame the motor. Otherwise if you
are sensitive to the wireless-like emissions, then blame the circuit
board pulsing.
Once again, different brands (different engineering designs) create
different kinds of noise, some are not tolerable, some are.
