hi Ada,
i use about 12 oz usually in a tub of comfortably hot water (sometimesi have used only 8 oz. and other times up to 1 pound) yes, there isa difference with baking soda. it detoxes various kinds of radiation and helps repair the aura, according to what i have read. i have recently been studying energy systems in the body--meridians, chakras, the aura, theradiant currents.... one of the protection energy systems is the aura. the aura is an energy field which serves to block out forms of radiation and emfs. if there is a hole in the aura, then emfs will penetratethe body more easily. ep salts detoxes and adds magnesium to the body, sea salts detoxes parasitic invaders well. i rotate these with the baking soda baths. diane --- On Tue, 6/23/09, ada iye <[hidden email]> wrote: From: ada iye <[hidden email]> Subject: Re: [eSens] Detox Footbath To: [hidden email] Date: Tuesday, June 23, 2009, 4:54 PM Diane , how much baking soda do you use ? When I first got symptoms a year or so back , I had a lot of energy work done by a woman who had trained with Donna Eden. It really helped me in that I started a practice of doing the drills daily. It is without doubt a bigcontributor in keeping me stable I think ( along with accupuncture, regular massages , chgung and yoga) I find doing the zip up exerise before bed makes a real difference to how I feel in the mornings. What drills do you do and what helps you the most ?. I also find using the reiki symbols helps to protect the aura as well. hi, Ada,
Donna Eden wrote the book i had been studying! i do the "spinal flush"--or should say, hubby does it on me. that is also known as "lymphatic massage". i also find "the 3 thumps", "the cross crawl", "the crown pull", "the hook-up", and the "zip-up" help. the zip-up works better after my bath for some reason. i also wave a small towel in figure 8s all around me to help heal my aura--i see a small difference on days i do that. i am starting into tracing meridians, mainly because i thought it mighthelp heal my nerves that were severed and reattached in my hand. too early to tell, but accupressure on my feet surely brings on sensations aplenty in my hand! i don't really do any of these on a regular daily basis. lately, the lymphatic massage is most often, because hubby had to take off work to care for me. the exercises would probably help more if i were consistent but i have been hanging on by the seat of my pants lately. ;) between rehabbing a house, caring for an alzheimers dad, and my accident, life has gotten pretty messy here. what do you mean by using reiki symbols, Ada? d --- On Wed, 6/24/09, ada iye <[hidden email]> wrote: From: ada iye <[hidden email]> Subject: Re: [eSens] Detox Footbath To: [hidden email] Date: Wednesday, June 24, 2009, 12:51 AM When I first got symptoms a year or so back , I had a lot of energy work done by a woman who had trained with Donna Eden. My reiki teacher- gave me some symbols to trace in my aura, each morningbefore i go out. I find it helps keep other people's energies in check (usefull in my line of work). I tend to be very sensitive to strong energies/vibes call them what you like , and the reiki symbols seems to offer some degree of protection. call it placebo , psycho somatic whatever it helps me. He is a great healer, by the way if you are anywhere near Berlinor Vienna. he works in both of those cities i think Frankfurt as well.
