denny foil and peptide shots

Jsverdlove
re peptide shots -
I called John's doc's office and was referred to a website. i wrote the contact name on the site and was called back by a doctor battle (or brattle?) -- and I'm not sure what to think, or if the treatment he does is the same as what John received. He said we can't know what's in the shots b/c it's proprietary. He also listed his entire treatment, which was a lot more than the shots, and it was quite an ordeal and expensive. And you'd have to go to Houston, TX.

He also said his shots were from Switzerland.

Has anyone else talked to a doc about these shots?

Also - re denny foil. My boyfriend was trying to be really sweet and while I slept all morning, he tried to denny foil my computer and all the cords. Problem is, he used the tape that I purchased to use with the Denny foil (from EI Foust). The tape looks like Denny on one side - is it? Should i leave it on or will it make things worse? Do I put the denny foil over it now? He feels so frustrated...took him 3 hours. I told him it's the thought that counts, of course :)

Thanks!

Hi Jill,

I also spoke with someone from Dr. Battle's office and learned
as much (or rather as little) as you did. I didn't speak with Dr.
Battle personally, I spoke with a nurse or receptionist who
seemed, to me, motivated to get us to go to Houston and start
treatment without necessarily giving us enough information to
determine whether it would be worth our while. Her answers to
my questions were very vague - a overly positive sales pitch that
suggested practically everyone would benefit from these peptide
injections. I persisted in asking questions about the treatment
itself and she finally suggested I email Dr. Battle directly. I
imagine her job was to "sell" the clinic rather than actually know
the details of the treatment and how it works.

I have not yet had time to email Dr. Battle so I can't say whether
he would be more helpful (although your report is not
encouraging)... In any case right now my subjective impression
of the Houston clinic is not great. The actual treatment may be
fine, but I've been burned by too many doctors who take an
assembly line approach and imagine their particular
interest/specialty applies to every patient -- and then shut down
completely when this turns out not to be case.

RE: High Frequency Sound vs EMF From Computer

Glenn Coleman
In reply to this post by Jsverdlove
Personally, I'm starting to believe it is the high frequency sound from my
desktop computer that causes most of my ES symptoms when I use it, rather
than EMF from electricity.

I am thinking of hooking on a duct to the back of the computer fan, that
redirects it away and up, so it acts like a muffler to send the sound waves
to a place where they can dissipate and not bother me, perhaps out the wall
like a kitchen fan.

It seems like a good experiment anyways. I'll likely use plastic pipe so
the sounds don't vibrate on a metal pipe.

RE: High Frequency Sound vs EMF From Computer

Glenn Coleman
Thinking about this further, I'm going to cancel hooking on pipes to
redirect high frequency sounds, and just use video/keyboard/mouse extension
cable to place computer in another room, about 30 feet away. That should
guarantee no high frequency sound from computer and no exposure to any
possible EMF, other than the extension cable.
