do you all think there are times when towers or the grid adjusts it levels, or possibly any cycles in the natural environment when em troubles would be more manifest?

Yes I spoke w/ someone who was "supposed" to be knowledgeable about emf stuff and he said the smart meters in his area dump data at 3 am every day. He claims to have no emf where he is, but he sleeps in a canopy because the data dump changes that and he will wake up if he does not have the canopy.

I have heard rumors that cell towers transmit all kinds of stuff at different times, but I do not know if it's true to just conspiracy stuff.
