confounding emf issue in condo

Jsverdlove
I have an EMF meter and tested my condo before moving in. Levels
were fine. Earlier this year, we had wiring problems that we never
figured out which caused a short in the dryer outlet, and lights to
flicker when the washing machine ran.

Recently, I started reacting badly in the downstairs. I checked the
meter and sure enough, it's really high. It doesn't drop off until I
go upstairs. It gets worse closer to the floor, which is over a
crawl space.

Some days it's gone, but then it reappears.

We have 7 people sharing the same wiring in this unit. I can't
figure out if it's a grounding issue, or Internet (would WiFi or
something similar cause this?), or something else. I don't know what
to tell an electrician if I call one. I don't know how to find
whatever needs grounding if that's the case.

Any help/advice appreciated.

NOT really sure but check that a DLAN is not being used on power socket
