of light, seat of the Crist). Powerhouse of lifeforce and
consciousness. Supplies power to subtle centres or chakras:
-Vishuda, in spine opposite throat. ether. this center produces
sense of hearing, musical cosmic sound (dhuni) of ocean rumbling.
- Anahata, in spine opposite heart. air, its work produces the bell-
like gong sound. enables the prana in the body to combine with the
phisical cells, responsible for sense of touch.
-manipur, in spine opposite naval. fire, produces harplike
sound.function is to produce sense of sight and to maintain the heat
of the body.
savhirtan (sacral) in spine opposite generative organs, water,
sustains all the watery substances in the body, responsible for
sense of taste. Its work makes the sound of a flute.
moolhar center, base of spine, earth, the sound of a buzzing bee,
solidifies prana (primal life force) into atoms of flesh, sense of
smell.
Sometimes i start hearing the cosmic orchestra for a short time
still, the melody of the pure sounds (sure beats the stuff i heard
before, litterary!!). Also feel the watery baptism of brain dews, Oh
God please Love me please love me free!! So close, what Joy!
The teachings are very much about the body and kundalini, Around the
lotus are the jewels (rays of light), in the center is the Pure
Lord, the Master of the three worlds, the melody of the five pure
sounds resounds there. (the gurbani)
Realise your body is a temple of Light. Again read this site, these
