Call for Submissions – WHEN CONNECTION EZine
The Women’s Healthy Environments Network (WHEN) is pleased to announce the launch of its new online publication, the WHEN CONNECTION Ezine!
About the publication:
The WHEN CONNECTON Ezine aims to facilitate and encourage public discourse on environmental-health issues. Drawing on the local experiences and perspectives of its readers and contributors, the goal of the e-magazine will be to increase awareness about environmental health risks, provide vital information and tools that inspire preventative action, and support both ecological and social consciousness in way that is exciting, interesting, and community-building.
We encourage creative and thought-provoking submissions from our subscribers, and/or anyone else interested in getting involved and learning more about the themes and topics of each issue.
The following types of submissions will be accepted for publication in the WHEN CONNECTION Ezine:
• Recipes
• Editorial
• Photographs
• Short videos
• Artwork
• Poetry
• Essays
• Short stories
• Problem/solution articles
• Environmental education pieces
• Sustainable fashion or product reviews
The series will be published 4 times a year during the fall, winter, spring, and summer. Each issue will also be free and available to download from our website in PDF format.
