body is electrified

Healthgal
Can my body be holding too much electricity?  When I go out at night,  I
seem to attract all the mosquitos. I get bitten and feel awful.  If a  body is
holding too much electricity  how can I combat this.  I was up  all night
itchy and scratching.  Help!

Yes, the body's inner voltage can be too high.Is there any place in nature, away from cell towers/ectthat you can to , and walk barefoot? This has helped me tremendously. Also, I use a diluted spray bottle with therapeutic grade Peppermint Oilmixed in...10- 15 drops to 4 oz of filtered water, for me, helpsto keep those buggers away. Lizzie

Yes  Liz, I can walk barefoot outdoors.  The  peppermint spray you
mentioned, is that to spray on your body or your  surroundings?

I hope the nature walks help. I feel like a light bulb and  bugs are
attracted to me at night. It's awful with so many bug bites. I'm sure  that's not
good for me.

Estelle,

Sorry, it jump in.

You can spray the peppermint spray on your body or in your mouth. Might want to dilute it to swallow. Liz, explained to  me that mosquito & other bugs don't' like the smell of peppermint, so won't bite you if use it.

Spray it on yourself.I just got back from my nature walk..its 50 out there, and the ground was cold with my bare feet!but it helps me alot.
I did find the cheaper Peppermint oils didn't work as well as the therapeutic grade ones. And in summer, I spray this on my skin, so better if its the more pure grade.I also use this on my dogs, works great. (although one of them hates it :) LizzieTo: [hidden email]

Over here we have a natural insect repellent called citronella oil.
Works very well. It's also called lemon-grass oil.
