bluetooth remote

Paresh
I'm considering a TV with a Bluetooth remote. Not sure what remotes usually use - infrared? Is there any problem with the Bluetooth, or is it active only when I press a button? Thanks.

Bluetooth is very dangerous.

It menas that all signals are sent by Bluetooth, that is antenna signals, DVD, hi-fi sound, Blue-ray, game consoles, PC, a lot of other equipment.

So stay away from Bluetooth, or any other wireless stuff.

Wouldn't a Bluetooth TV remote control only be emitting when the remote
control buttons are pressed?  (I don't know -- my TV remote control is infrared)

No, most remote controls are according to ISM434 or ISM 868, but most do work at infra red at 434MHz, but only as long as the button is pressed.

Bluetooth is wireless for signals of communication between TV and other equipment.

Like with a computer and a printer.

Or a car radio with Bluetooth GPS system, and wireless phone.
