Hello,
we have come to the conclusion, that a number of electrosensitive people do have the blood groupe *O*. Can you confirm that ? Greetings, Charles Claessens member Verband Baubiologie www.milieuziektes.nl www.hetbitje.nl checked by Norton Antivirus |

Yeah,
but for an A Positive, you are allowed to eat a lot of everything. The *O* types are almost not allowed to eat at all. That is quite a difference. > Marc is there a website for this diet?
There are probably several... I don't know which ones are the best, but this one came up first in a Google search I just did: http://intraspec.ca/blood.php This website has a page for each blood group, listing foods which are "highly beneficial", "neutral", and "to be avoiced". After becoming ill, I spent years of trial & error finding foods that I did well on, and I was rather surprised when I later came across this diet, and the suggestions were pretty much in line with what I had figured out on my own! Skeptics love to criticize the theory behind this diet, but all I care about is something that matches my experiences, and this is the one diet that does that. There is also something called "The Body Ecology Diet", which is supposed to be a further refinement of this diet, but I don't know much about this. Marc |
