Well, being female I have quite a lot of shoes!! Some of them are made of a substance that definitely prohibits grounding, whereas others seem ok

Do you wear regular shoes, or ones with grounding soles? I've found that grounding soles prevent the shocks I used to get after leaving my car.

left- right brain

perla1133
There is nothing left in my right brain, there is nothing right in my left brain.

Let no one fool themself because what is important in this world is foolishness in God s eyes..

Sorry trying to figure out this left right brain my "guru" was hammering about (he also tried to install christ consiousness in me back them, i can see the trouble i will have doing my share..) he said women had a larger duct between the both.

EEErr it IS on topic because we should walk the middle road and left right imbalance will be gone ie. no more e-sense..

Love and Light

Re: left- right brain

Andrew McAfee
I believe that women's right and left lobes are more interactive
because of the larger corpus callosum than what (comparatively) men
have. This means men can compartmentalize (separate) thoughts and
feelings easier which makes us quicker killers and possibly more career
oriented.
And, I believe that all of this can be transcended, transformed,
transmuted, transmogrified, blah blah, etc. eg. ie.....

Intention, attention, conscious focus, what is in my heart, is a more
powerful force than the meat on my bones.
with love,
Andrew

Heh, heh... well there's an advantage to being male... I've just got
the one pair of (grounded) shoes to wear... :-)

What material or how do you suggest for grounding shoe soles? I have
a couple pair I don't wear near the pc for fear of frying it.

One thing that helps a lot of people who get shocked when they get out
of their cars, or walking certain places, myself included is to use
natural progesterone lotion. Men and women both. If you're
deficient, it somehow changes your chemical makeup that you shock
easier. I can always tell when I've not used enough for a couple days.

Our Walmart recently remodeled itself and installed new bright blue
monitors at their checkouts that make me feel ill, where what they had
before was tolerable. Anyone else notice that, or that they are
shocked more in Walmart than other stores? Was not a problem till
whatever all they changed in their wiring systems, but now I get
shocked touching their shelves, and the whole store just feels worse.

I buy my shoes at Red Wing shoestore (USA). Some of the shoes they
sell have grounding soles. When I wear these shoes, I get no
shocks.

Interesting about the progestorone lotion... I don't think I've
heard that, and I wonder what the mechanism is?

Here's an article on progestorone:

http://www.all-natural.com/wildyam.html

Since I have symptoms of zinc deficiency and copper excess,
I think I'll give this a try...

Hey that is interesting about the zinc and copper, hadn't ever seen
that before. Too bad I didn't get some of the results from the prog.
that woman did!
I see people all the time with zinc deficiency, white spots on the
nails are a dead giveaway that you're really deficient.

If I find an article with the progesterone/shocking bit I'll post it.

~Snoshoe
Oh, and "Happy PMS" makes a progesterone cream specifically for men
called "Adam's Equalizer" I believe it is. Herbal extracts for them
in it.

It was the brown spots on the face that I identified with. I had
these really bad when I was at my worst point. Now, most (but
not all) of them have gone away.

Dr. Mercola thinks that all men in the 40's should be taking
it, but warns of overdoing it:

One easy way is the use "Anti-static Foot Grounder" such as at LessEMF.com

I would tend to be rather cautious using a hormone lotion - these things
can have deep acting effects!
