Just thought I would mention that this sounds like the kind of
meditation experiences had sometimes by people whose Kundalilni is active. Just
mentioning this because it might be that and not mean that you have brain damage or
something wrong.
(I myself had intense movements, and sometimes feeling of pressure,
many years ago when my Kundalini first became active. They were very
beneficial, and had nothing to do with ES/EMF.)

I agree, the left channel is the past and also of emotions, the channels (ida and pingala) cross over on the ajna chakra level and move on to the cranium the (left one in the back..right at thta point maybey?? ) Feel kundalini is an issue for many people on the board, sure is for me.

Had been looking through my printed pages, but could not really find it and was gonna let it go, but glad this was brought up.

Especially if you also experience a tingling of certain parts of your hands/fingers while meditating check out:

It is very strange that I did not get message of Shivani. If I did not see
your reply I would not be able to see it. I don't know what is wrong.
Thanks Shivani and Ellen. It might be off topic but if you don't mind could
you please explain me what Kundalini is. I am so tired to make a more
detailed search so I would be grateful if someone can explain this to me.I
am wondering the source of it?I have done some searches on that but I could
not fine an answer. Why not many people don't have such experience.
To tell you the truth, I am not sure but I don't think this is kundalini for
me. I was never a heavy meditator. just once in a while. And this whole
think started right after my mercury poisoning. At this point I am not being
able to meditate any more. I can not even go into alpha state. As soon as I
attempt to meditate electrical impulses start going from the top of my head
towards my right brain.I start getting seizure type ,movements on my face
and have pain. (I will also be grateful if some one an explain me what that
electrical impulse going from top to the right side of brain is? What do you
think that indicates?) So,I can not continue. If I can manage to continue
once in 6 months or so,than I also start having seizure type activities on
my whole left side. So,no way to be able to relax. I feel there is a problem
in my brain. Right and left hemispheres don't seem to have a balance. It
could be that they have lost their connection to a great extent. I also have
severe muscle problems on left side of my body. I was about to go crazy last
year due to related problems. Not being able to think, make
reasoning.continuous pressure on left brain. Feeling as if it is going to
explode, etc.I also have continuous feeling of pressure/mild pain in my brain
stem area.I have a feeling that mercury has settled there. But have no
evidence,of course. I am living like that for more than years time. If it
was Kundalini, wouldn't it find its way out in some way or another. Also
someone else told me that it could be Kundalini a year ago and he told me
not to try to meditate. Is that correct?

Ellen,
I will check the site you have given. Thanks.
best wishes.
Nil
