I've read that people with ES and MCS have overactive immune systems that
react to everything giving us our problems. But they also kill cancer cells really well. Has anyone EVER heard of someone with our condition getting cancer? I am curious if this is the one blessing of our problem. -- Paul Coffman [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] |
I can think of one with skin cancer--but she only recently learned about
Gauss meters. She just learned to stay away from cell phones and computers, and with a Gauss meter discovered she feels better without the 1milligauss her recessed lights caused. I know another guy with a brain tumor who thinks he is ES. But I think your point aligns with the idea that there's a similarity with MS, which is thought to involve the immune system attacking the myelin sheaths. It does seem like there's got to be a difference between ES people and non-ES people. I forgot to mention that Dr. Heuser recommends hyerbaric oxygen treatment, although he uses less oxygen than the traditional HBO regimen. I'm not so sure that you can generalize this to an "overactive immune system". In my own case, I have seen myself catching colds and flus far more often than normal, and as such see my immune system as being overwhelmed. Perhaps my immune system is overactive in some areas and underactive in others (inappropriate response) Marc |

Hi Paul, Sorry to burst your bubble, but I know of a few people with
MCS who have late stage cancers. However, I would say that in my limited exposure to MCS in the last 3+ years, I hear of cancer very little. Part of that might be that those with MCS/ES usually go to great lengths to remove toxins from their lives. My guess is that toxins are what cause cancer...FWIW Julie --- In [hidden email], "Paul Coffman" <pkcoff@...> wrote: > > I've read that people with ES and MCS have overactive immune systems that react to everything giving us our problems. Hi, Paul,
I used to wonder the same thing. However, I now do know one woman who had very bad MCS and ES and who then got cancer and died. I have cancer, as does 50% of the US and Canada (CDC). The UK is a
little more. Rates are expected to continue to increase with the global radiation we are all being exposed to. ~ Snoshoe --- In [hidden email], "lunagirl32002" <j_genser@...> wrote: > > Hi Paul, Sorry to burst your bubble, but I know of a few people with > MCS who have late stage cancers.
