activated carbon blanket

Would anyone know if an activated carbon blanket would cause electrical
sensitivity?

yes, it can.

Everything that attracks electrical fields, and are close to the body, makes
that the body tension (in milliVolts)
will raise.

Therefore keep all such stuff as far away from the body as possible.
