sick of being sick?
this might be helpful.
over 30 years ago, my mother came into my room
one morning. i was visiting her because i was in
such pain and distress that i could not function,
could not work, etc. she carried with her two glasses
of water. "drink these," she said.
i did and i felt so much better.
she gave me a book to read and it made a lot of
sense to me... not sure if it was this book or not,
but it was very similar. since then, i have made
water my primary 'food'. when i go out and about
during the day, to town, i often find myself
dehydrated and back in the same state i was in all
those years ago.
try it. water. not soda, not tea or coffee, but water.
see what happens. chances are, you will become
healthier, more energetic. read the whole document.
