Zero EMF Infrared Sauna Treatments

SuperLaura
Hi everyone,

I was wondering has anyone tried doing sauna treatments on a consistent (daily) basis and seen results. I know the clinic in Dallas recommends this for detoxing. I have read that its very good. I have never tried infrared saunas before just the dry heat ones. It was hard to find a health spa with a sauna that was zero or very low EMF as the typical infrared saunas give off very high emfs but I found one right near me and they charge $30 for 30 minutes or $120 for unlimited use for a whole month.

Is 30 minutes a long time in this type of sauna? A typical sauna I can only last about 10 minutes. I am curious on how much I would detox and if it would be healthy to do it 5 days a week for a whole month.

Best to ask you guys if you have any experience since my last experiment with fasting didn’t go so well.  I am STILL recovering a month later :/

Thanks!

Re: Zero EMF Infrared Sauna Treatments

Hi Laura,

I have used an infrared sauna for five years on a daily on and off basis as it is one on the list of Dr. Wilsons (nutritional balancing) protocols.  I just feels good for one.  It also has healed a soar in my mouth when I put the lights close to my mouth.  It is also shrinking a benign breast tumor when I put the light close to it.  It can be used for specific healing areas and just overall the body.  A friend of mine got a laser infrared light specifically designed for healing tooth decay.

It needs to be near infrared to avoid the EMF emitting lights on the far infrared.  You can just get those red lights they use to warm chicks which are the same thing, or you can get something fancy on the internet.  You can convert a closet or a shower into a sauna space or get a fancy one on the internet.  You can heat the sauna up with an electric heater to get it hot so you sweat, but be sure to turn it off when you enter it to avoid the EMFs.  https://www.drlwilson.com/SAUNAS/BUY%20OTHER%20SAUNAS.htm

Here is a link to a page that has a lot of information about it.  I would consider sauna just another detox and healing protocol to add to the arsenal.
