Zeolite safety question

Hello All!

I just want to thank everyone on this board. I'm learning more on this
board than hours spent googling ES.  

I have been reading a lot on this board about Zeolite and that people
have had a good response with it. I talked to a representative this
week about the product because i had some questions, but I wasn't sure
if they would be too objective about the product since they want to
sell it. I'm wondering about the safety of this product. Are their any
side effect? or counterindications? or interactions with other
supplements or prescriptions? i really am willing to try anything,
even if it ends up not being effective, I at least tried. But I don't
want to experiment on anything that isn't safe. Any input is
welcomed. Thanks!

Anything that chelates/mobilizes heavy metals is potentially
dangerous. Certainly there are people who have tried zeolite
and had bad reactions to it. I personally have had nothing
but bad reactions from it, and even at a fraction of the
recommended dosage. There was also once a product called
"Denali Green" that contained zeolite, but the manufacturers
determined (somehow) that zeolite was not as safe as they
originally thought, and they reformulated the product without
any zeolite.

That said, there are certainly people who rave about
Natural Cellular Defense and other zeolite products --
just be sure to be careful at first, to make sure that
you can tolerate it!
