Your current progress?

How are your current progress from week to week or month to month? Just wonder whos in here who are having progress in the relief of ES.

Hard to quantify.
I'd say 50% improvement over the last 2-3 years .. which is the period that I knew about ES.
Before that, about 15 years of getting worse and worse... with just slight better here and there, but overall worse. Biggest improvement came from improving digestion with probiotic and HCL.

I think improvement can come quick once EMF is reduced, and then kinda stop at one point... and then it's possible to get back to where it started within a short period as well if exposed a lot. Seems depend a lot on the conditions. Anybody else notice this?

she also was in French court and won money for her disability. She talks of providing nutrients to the body and meditation.
I can also relate, as I was doing meditation it helped a lot to cope with the symptoms even when I didn't know their cause. Meditation likely restores the energy of the body so it can better keep it's energy intact while there are other energies around like EMFs.

I think it takes years to know if you improved or not.

It goes like in ups and downs, but only after years you can know if you actually improved or not.

I think I improved a lot, but it does not mean that I will jump on wifi and rent a place near a cell tower to prove to myself I got better.

No way.

I can only see I improved because I can do things in a easy going way now (like no need to turn off the circuit breaker to sleep) than before.

I also often forget to turn off my small mobile phone, I feel less anxious, my allergies are disappearing slowly, I'm gaining weight again (I'm still thin but slowly gaining weight).

I'm doing a 'new' heavy metal detox recently (following Anthony William), that I also think is helping, but as I say, only time will tell...
