What are your current actions to better your ES if you do any? Had been nice to hear.

Hi., I am building a "sort" of Faraday cage to  shield magnetic fields in my bed, the plates are made with 2.5mm thick mild steel, for the vertical side (left/right) I joined two plates to achieve 5mm thick, not yet finished therefore this is work in progress, so far I spend about 300 pounds for plates, screws, thinner and spray paints, I attached some photos here below,

Faraday cages can block radio frequency fields but not low frequency magnetic fields.  I have done my own experiments to see that it is true.   https://physics.stackexchange.com/questions/89077/does-a-faraday-cage-block-all-magnetic-field-frequencies-lower-than-x?rq=1

That looks cool!
I hope it will work!

My current actions are simply taking liposomal and other Vit C a few times a day, walking barefoot as much as possible, upping the dose of magnesium (until I can), rotating minerals, rubbing DMSO with Liposomal C all over the body...

And taking sun, going swimming in the lake or river when I can, doing jogging when I feel like.
When I feel a bit wired, I take a shower, then use a little PEMF device to help sleeping deeper.

I 'm even walking around without my EMR protection necklace, and without my EMR protection hat for about 2 months or so.... (except in that Klinghardt building).

I feel very grounded with these supplements. I wonder if it's the sun, the liposomal C, the many fruits and veggies, or simply summer that makes me feel so much better.

I guess the lipo C must have something to do with my inner energy and regaining of weight and muscles (slowly). Previous summers were not as good as this one, energy-wise and ES-wise.

The only new things for me are the PEMF and the Liposomal C.

That is why I guess, it must be the Lipo C (as I had the PEMF before, and hadn't really felt a GREAT difference (only slight)).

In November, I'll see how I feel. I usually go downwards in November, and only come out of hell sometime in May.... It's cold weather that brings everything down for me, infections, ES, fatigue...

Hi, what I am building is a modified Faraday cage, I already tested with a low frequency magnetic field detector and there is actually a significant magnetic field reduction when measuring the magnetic field outside the metal case and comparing with the magnetic field inside the metal case, I took video, somehow I can send you the video if you want to see

The water pipes (hot/cold) and also the gas pipes in this flat are made of metal and each pipe (who knows why) carry electric current, this develop strong magnetic fields around the pipes because those currents are out of balance and because pipes are not design to carry electricity, I sort out this problem by interrupt the flow of current in the pipe by adding a bit (one foot) of plastic pipe which stop such electric current to flow, unfortunately seems not possible to do this to the gas pipes, below a photo

The current on those pipes most commonly comes from the metal pipe entering or exiting the house and making contact with earth.  Copper water pipes in my house contacted earth before entering the basement and then exited to earth again to an outside faucet.  To stop the current a small piece of PVC pipe was spliced in just after pipe entry and before exit. In the USA, Home Depot sells a small device called a "Shark" to join the splices making the job much easier.  This high magnetic field from earth was created even though the ground around my house measures a low .02 mG.  I was alerted to the problem from getting a head "shock" whenever turning on bath water two floors up from the basement and also when sitting in a chair just above where the pipe was mounted in the floor joists below.  Thanks for sharing, Tonschk!

Re: Your current actions to better your ES?

April R
Continuing my five-element Taoist acupuncture treatments.  My practitioner is teacher-level and willing to _listen_.  We've been doing extensive kinesiology to choose the points my body wants next, and it's going a lot better than her just guessing was at first.  Current estimate might be about 20 more sessions total to fix everything - ES/MCS, allergies, asthma - everything!  Probably going to be averaging about two per month at this point, possibly even less often the stronger they get, and somewhere in there I'll finally be ready to use some of the support supplements I've been saving, including bentonite clay.
