Also I have a lot of light sensitivity and the video talked about only using old school incandescent light bulbs, and that some traditional looking light bulbs are sometimes white or blue light not incandescent and to make sure they are really incandescent (warm/orange) and to avoid LEDS since they also disrupt normal body functions and processes.
They will write LED on the "incandescent" looking LED bulbs, and it's quite clear they are LED if you look at the filament inside.
It is true that all types of energy saving bulbs should be avoided for those with ES. There are a few reasons, the light spectrum, the EMF, and the offgassing of toxins.
It's cheaper to pay for the electricity and less trying to fix health problems. I had LED bulbs until just a few days ago and now I switched back to traditional bulbs. My eyes feel much better with the light on now.
I've had light sensitivity problems on and off.. Also had low Vitamin D too on blood test. I never re-tested it, I hope it's better now. I just take a few drops (4-5) of 1000UI daily.
