Wireless, 5G and Vitamin D deficiency

Hi guys!

I was just watching this crazy video about 5G. Very scary stuff, you can check it out if you want but I wanted to bring up some helpful points regarding Vitamin D and lights.

https://youtu.be/tMxLaItznu0

I just had some blood work done and my Vitamin D was very low. I am supplementing for it now. The video talks about how wireless signals can disrupt Vitamin D and that the new 5G will be worse as well as making it harder for the body to use oxygen.

Also I have a lot of light sensitivity and the video talked about only using old school incandescent light bulbs, and that some traditional looking light bulbs are sometimes white or blue light not incandescent and to make sure they are really incandescent (warm/orange) and to avoid LEDS since they also disrupt normal body functions and processes.

They will write LED on the "incandescent" looking LED bulbs, and it's quite clear they are LED if you look at the filament inside.

It is true that all types of energy saving bulbs should be avoided for those with ES. There are a few reasons, the light spectrum, the EMF, and the offgassing of toxins.
It's cheaper to pay for the electricity and less trying to fix health problems. I had LED bulbs until just a few days ago and now I switched back to traditional bulbs. My eyes feel much better with the light on now.
I've had light sensitivity problems on and off.. Also had low Vitamin D too on blood test. I never re-tested it, I hope it's better now. I just take a few drops (4-5) of 1000UI daily.

You might want to get retested for the vit D. 1000 IU is nothing, hopefully 4-5 drops is enough for you. I am on 20,000 IU of D3/Vit K2 per day right now to get my levels up. They say if your Vit D is low its most likely it will continue to be low unless you supplement enough or increase your sun exposure. And also they recommend getting levels checked about every 3 months to make sure its not too high (if you are taking a lot) but not too low (sometimes it can take 5 or 6 months to raise your levels high enough even with high dosage). I am hoping a lot of my problems have to do with Vit D, and that its nothing more serious. Your body can’t heal without Vit D.. and if you dont have enough your bones, muscles and tissues can start wasting away as well as depletion of other minerals in the body.

Good to hear the lights are making a difference for you. I have to check my bulbs and see what I have. I also may be looking into a new computer that isn’t LED as well...
