Anybody heard this from Wifi around them?
https://gofile.io/?c=OIFHGs#66181 I am trying to figure out why it does this,.. seems no reason, even when not in use. Beacon is set to a huge value, this is not the beacon.. it's something else.
Having a reduced TX power router causes this issue. The querying devices in the area send a probe request, to which the router cannot respond due to low power. It re-tries about 5 times, then it raises the TX power automatically .. so that's what the squeak on the meter is, multiple frame responses. I used CommView to capture it.
Unfortunately when reducing TX power, RX sensitivity should be also reduced, but it's never done.
This leads to tons of these chirps.. I will try to find what frequency of the re-try rate is, but my guess is that it's in the biologically active range.
