Which computer monitors transmit little or no EMF to other computer components?

black-sun
While my new IPS monitor is turned on, I can detect elevated levels of EMF near 16Khz with an AM radio around my keyboard.

Monitor's EMF is transmitted to my keyboard.

My old TF-panel monitor didn't do this to me.

What kinds of computer monitors transmit little or no EMF through wires?

My computer monitor is good... I went through at least 10 different models before settling on this one as being the best.  Although unfortunately it was a model that came and went, and is no longer sold.  Although the important points as far as I can tell are:

-- VA panel
-- internal power supply with 3-prong 110v cord
-- has the old analog VGA / D-SUB inputs (which is what I use)
-- native monitor resolution is 1920 x 1080, but I feed it 1366 x 768 (and the monitor's scalar is good)
-- flicker-free / PWM-free backlight (this may be the most critical element of them all)

It's a BenQ 28" monitor (GW2870H)... maybe the current crop of BenQ 27" flicker-free monitors are good also, I don't know.

You think flicker-free feature reduces electrical noise that a monitor injects into wires?
Does VA panel have anything to do with less electrical noise?

Flicker free / PWM-free certainly reduces the noise that is broadcast into the environment, so maybe also less on the wires as well (I don't know).

I don't personally think VA vs IPS makes much difference, although I know of others who (in their limited experience) think that IPS is bad.

I once had a work monitor that was IPS, and it was fine.

For the record, LCD computer monitors burn my face and eyes. I have to have the brightness very low on mine.

LED are even worse and I can't use them at all - the flickering really dazzles and upsets my eyes. I can only use older LCD monitors with CCFL bulbs.

My IPS monitor turns out to be a flicker-free monitor.

My new theory is that my monitor transmits electrical noise to my keyboard because it was designed to ground itself through HDMI cable.

Even the power supply sold with the monitor isn't grounded.

If a monitor grounds itself through HDMI cable, electrical noise that could have been grounded via the power supply will spread out to keyboard and mouse through the computer.

I better look for monitors that are designed to ground themselves through their power supplies instead of HDMI cable.

I have observed that all of the really tolerable monitors I've purchased and kept using have internal power supplies with a 3-prong (grounded) AC cord.  Although the "common wisdom" on these groups is that you should always get a monitor with an external power supply (which in my experience have been monitors that are intolerable and get returned)
