Hello Jinna

I’m curious if one has all of these
Herpes family viruses and lives
In the forest will grounding, the anti-inflammatory of the chemicals released by trees be enough to reverse the poisoned nerve phenomenon or is avoiding gluten, dairy still necessary to recover from Chronic fatigue syndrome

Reason I ask is when I go Into the
Woods and ground for a few hours
I can still only slow walk for 15 mins before needing to rest. The grounding, sunlight and trees doesn’t seem to be enough to brisk walk without crashing.I use to hike several miles a year ago briskly and I’m curious if it’s the damage from emf or from the viruses themselves that are not allowing grounding and the trees to give me

Momentum like they use to fueling me to walk very long distances.Even from over walking in the forest I can get electric sensations and Body fatigue

I wonder if I would need permanent forest but it seems like maybe something is causing this crashes even when there is low emf and anti inflammation from trees.Like something in the brain goes haywire

And when I get home from the forest my brain energy feels low even from lots of grounding and walking that I crave milk

If I permanently stayed in a forest say like us or Ethiopia but ate pasta which has gluten or Bread/Ethiopia  tech would the Cfs go away just from the absence high emf

Re: Where to go now

Jinna
Dtes, I think you're in the biggest moment of adrenal fatigue, so any minimal effort may hurt you.

I know where you are, as I've been there too.

I was not able to take even a shower anymore - just did that once a month....

Total crash.

I had lyme disease then, but the adrenal fatigue is the same.

Your nerves got inflammation (all EHS people have that, even if they don't know).

The nerves got a natural electrical charge that pulls heavy metals to them.

And when heavy metals get there, they don't go out easily due to the suction effect.

They interfere with electrical signals, so you get faulty signals, like a cable that's a bit broken.

The heavy metals weaken the cells - they are neuro TOXINS, so they weaken neurons too.

And on top, they weaken the immune system and allow pathogens to grow there, causing more nerve inflammation.

And you get EHS!

Grounding helps give some of the charge back (the charge that is taken up by heavy metals).

At least that is how I see it.

Earthing does not pull heavy metals away, it just reinforces the nerves, a sort of nutrition of electrons from the earth.

We all need that to feel grounded.

The trees help in other ways, I find.

They have a sort of aura of healing energy that feeds the whole soul.

As you say, they even will put out some chemicals in the air, if you stay longer enough near certain trees, to help you.

It's more like a soul, heart support, they give you a sense of belonging, of being loved somehow, that also heals, in my experience.

It is a true healing experience, that helped me truly to believe in the good of nature.

Another type of grounding than merely walking barefoot.

But it's not enough for the weakest ones, like us.

It may be enough until a certain degree of inflammation, but after we got into severe adrenal fatigue, we need a bit more to help us out.

Anything causing inflammation must be avoided AT LEAST TEMPORARILY.

You don't have to tell your brain that it will be forever.

Just say to yourself: 'It's only temporary, until I feel better'.

You will be attracted by oily foods, meats, butter, creams, yogurt and to eggs - at least, that is what I keep reading in the forums where many people suffer from neurological illnesses.

I was super attracted to anything oily, specially eggs and creams.

It's a bit like pathogens controlling your mind and make you eat what they want.

It's not imagination: pathogens such as toxoplasmosis can change the behaviour of mice so that they are not afraid of cats!!

And they die only to allow toxoplasmosis to go on infecting the cats!!

https://www.nature.com/news/parasite-makes-mice-lose-fear-of-cats-permanently-1.13777

If you're not able to avoid certain inflammatory foods such as eggs, dairy and gluten, the question is: is it you or is it the pathogens that are asking for that food?

It's classic with candida: people with severe candida infections will CRAVE sweets like hell - and not the GOOD sweets such as the ones from fruits, but the ADDED SUGAR processed sweets you buy in the supermarket.

They crave it like hell, it's out of their control.

But again, who is the master? You or the candida?

I think the 2 worst inflammatory foods are eggs and dairy. Number 3 is gluten.

Also nuts must be avoided at first, as they easily create digestive problems.

If you'd like to do anything easy, without changing your diet a lot,  just buy celery and juice it.

It will lower inflammation in many ways, but you got to reach at least 2 glasses for it to start making its miracle.

For EHS, I would even do 4 glasses (Anthony recommends 64 oz!!), like 2 in the morning, 2 in the afternoon.

You will get die-off reactions, so never start with such high amounts, but build it up, slowly.

And if you still want to support your body more, just skip the inflammatory foods such as eggs, dairy, nuts gluten and all OGM (soy and corn, even organic due to cross contamination).

MSG is the number one additive to be avoided, as it glues to the nerves and causes all sorts of neuro diseases.

MSG is in almost all ready made foods under various names, but one is 'natural flavor'!! Anything with flavor is MSG.

One thing that super nourishes is melon or water melon.

It looks stupid, but eat half a melon or 1/4 of a water melon, and you'll get some of the energy back.

If you can eat the whole, fine. You gotta eat with empty stomach, as the water in them is heavy when mixed with other foods (my feeling).

The problem though, when you eat both OILY FOODS with fruits is that they don't match together: it's either one or the other, that's why it's hard to shift from oils to high fruit...

Some people will tell you sugar in fruits is bad, I always kept hearing that.

Even in my worst days, I continued eating fruits.

My survival instincts pushed me to them, like a mantra.

I never spent a day in my life without fruits, I think.

Since I read Anthony, I shifted to even more fruits.

But I'm on a low fat diet, so I can do that without feeling bad.

As I said, oils and sugar do not go well together, so if you increase fruits, you got to lower oils so that all goes smooth.

The energy I get from a whole pomegranate, or half a melon feels good.

Or a whole mango - divine!

You don't get that energy from a glass of milk, because milk is acidic, feeds pathogens, and it's oxidative!

the feeling I have when I take milk or dairy, is a low energy, heavy, it makes my mood heavy.

Milk has nothing to do with helping my brain, for sure. I feel zero positive effects in my brain.

The energy from fruits (frozen or fresh ones) is the opposite: you feel it in your brain, like a breeze coming inside your brain.

You feel elevated, higher, more alert, lighter. Your eyes feel like they can see better, sharper.

It's a mild but deep energy, which I suspect comes from antioxidants healing the brain, nerves, cells?

Fruits and antioxidants make you feel positive, lighter, it's like you feel cleaner, positive.

The energy from dairy is much different!! They bring me down, with a heavy feeling, that slows my brain...

All fruits are antioxidant, and feed your brain with natural glucose which comes ATTACHED to nutrients and antioxidants!

If you have a chance to buy frozen acai, just try it - make a juice from it, and drink it all.

Or frozen wild blueberries: take a big cup and juice it - you'll get all those antioxidants flowing to your brain, it's like paradise !

If you got a lot of brain / nerve damage, you may feel nothing though.
Or you probably need packages and packages of frozen wild blueberries to feel a bit.

Healing takes time, but I think the only way to do it is to avoid increasing inflammation.

Re: Where to go now

Curious jinna do you think fruits
are necessary to overcome the
poisoned nerve syndrome from
these viruses or is eating a lot of
veggies like broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and non grain carbs like quinoa, millet and only seafood like salmon, oysters,or sardines as the only protein.

I seem to respond better to veggies, small fish low in mercury and gluten free carbs.Someone mentioned to me replacing rice
with mullet.

So I was thinking of a diet of millet, veggies and salmon/sardines for the time being as well as celery juice and lemons

Is this enough for the inflamed nerves ?

Thank you Jinna

Dtes, I just can tell you about my own experience.

Fruits are super anti oxidant, right?

EHS is super oxidant. So are viruses, so is inflammation.

I think 95% + of any symptom you have come from OXIDATION.

What you feel is simply = OXIDATION.

How to get this oxidation down?

I see no other way than taking a diet full of ACTIVE antioxidants, easy to digest.

Nothing is easier to digest than fruits on empty stomach (if you're not allergic to them).

Viruses hate them.

Even candida hates fruits - there are people in the forum that are lab tested for high candida and they increased fruit, decreased meat / oils etc and re-tested again and their candida went down to nothing (or next to nothing).

It's hard to believe. It's added-sugar and OILS and protein that feed candida = all are oxidant foods.

I think your strategy looks pretty good at start.

You're right on small fish: prefer them, than bigger fish.

Add the Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie from Anthony, 2-3 times a week if you can.

And the celery juice: this is the medicine that will bring you fast out of big trouble (if you want to know why, buy the celery book).

Millet seems to be better than rice, according to Anthony.

Much better are though potatoes, as they got lysin that fights viruses.

And potatoes are much easier to digest than any grain.

but go in you pace, Dtes. Change your diet as you can, as you feel.

it took me years to change.

If you want fruits to act well: eat them apart from oils + proteins.

Oils and proteins are much harder to digest, and they don't match fruits.

Veggies, leafy greens go well with anything.

The only rule of thumb for matching and not matching is: don't mix OIL / high protein foods  with fruits because carbs / sugar does not digest like proteins / oils, they follow OPPOSITE paths of digestion and therefore can cause insulin resistance + diabetes if eaten together.

I eat more or less like that, in my best days:

1- I start with lemon water (1/2 lemon for 1/2 liter water) empty stomach to clean my liver.

2- I wait 15-30 min to take my celery juice (I'm on 2 glasses, or 2 1/2 glasses). I do my nose drops wash all the devices.

3- I wait more 15-30 minutes to eat my fruits OR the heavy metal detox smoothie. Bananas, apples, whatever I have. Only melons are harder to digest, so I eat them alone.

Later in the morning, i take some rice crackers with honey or so. I avoid anything like high protein or oily, to give my liver a chance to continue detoxing the whole morning.

I sometimes eat my veggie soup (or potato soup, squash soup) I did in the previous evening.

Definitively, I'm avoiding all oils until 12pm.

4- Lunch: salad, cooked veggies, potatoes (adding fruits to salads increase the nutritional value of salads by 2, said Anthony) cut an apple or anything and add to the salad bowl.

I also do sprouts - they have probiotics, so you don't wash them, just cut and add to the salad.
Sprouts are inexpensive, easy to grow home.

You may add dulse flakes, cilantro to the salad, whatever you want.
if you miss proteins, add an avocado or some beans (just open a jar).

But remember, you don't need a lot of proteins, only a very small amount in a day.

Adding cooked vegetables on top of the salad gives variety to the salad dish, and tastes delicious.
I cook veggies like Italians: I use only onions + tomatoes + garlic + salt and then cook any vegetable there, and they taste delicious.

Even frozen veggies, you add to those onions / tomatoes / garlic, they taste wonderful.

5- Take 2 snacks of fruits in the afternoon, or juicing, whatever, but light.

6- if you like meat, take them at about 6 pm, do not eat fruits NOR CARBS WITH MEAT or protein. They do not match, they create problems (such as insulin resistance).

If you like millet, cook it in the afternoon or at lunch, and eat it at 4 pm as a snack. When you eat your sardines, eat it alone or with veggies only. Do not drink fruit juice with it - very hard to digest, creates bloating etc...

I like veggie soups in the evening, but my family wants to eat carbs, so I cook sometimes gluten free rice pasta or brown rice, or millet...

Millet is wonderful as you can add any salad to it, and it tastes good even cold.

Sometimes I cook fish or any protein at 4 pm, and eat it as snack....

I know this schedule doe NOT look  normal.

Avoiding big meals is a big help for the body - for your adrenals.

Eating more veggie / fruit will make you hungry more often, that's why it's necessary to eat smaller snacks' more often.

Separating types of food ALSO helps the body take in nutrients much more, helps you lower your hunger, to feel more satisfied...

These are my own 'rules' /messy schedule .
It took me time to get adapted to them, as they don't look like normal people's eating habits....

To lower your inflammed nerves, get away from dairy, eggs, gluten... And try to add celery juice, I suspect this is the fastest recipe for lowering inflammation.

Reaching at least 500 ml (2 glasses). In your case, as you are a heavy sufferer, I would try to reach at least 1 Liter (4 glasses a day), 2 in the morning 2 in the afternoon.

But do not try this from start, start slow and climb slowly.

that's what I would do in your place.

Yes, start with the celery daily, once that is in place, change one thing at a time, in your pace.

UphillBattle,

 Glad it's helping you too!!!!

After I started taking more often that heavy metal Detox smoothie, I sort of abandoned my beloved chlorella, that I've been taking for 15 years in a REGULAR base!!!

I've been a super fan of chlorella for so long and was the ONLY supplement that was NEVER missing in my hand bag. I felt unsure if I had no chlorella in my bag...

So did my daughter. For years.
I never ever traveled even for a weekend without chlorella since I discovered it.

Well, in the last 4-5 months, I think I didn't touch my chlorella box, and in the last 2 months I stopped carrying the chlorella box in my hand bag.

I didn't even remember to pick it in the last trips we did!!

I feel barely nothing when I take the heavy metal smoothie, no detox reaction, so I was not sure it was helping.

Now I know it is, just because all my anxiety went away, my stomach aches... These were signals that loose heavy metals were loosening, and I immediately took chlorella in the past (like 10-20 pills at once).

My daughter too: it's been months she doesn't take it anymore.

So even though we feel nothing special while taking the heavy metal smoothie, it is cleaning something, because we both stopped needing chlorella! At least, one supplement less to buy!!

Jinna I picked up Anthony Williams book healing mysterious illnesses from the library

I don’t disagree with him that CFS or other autoimmune
May be caused by different strains of herpes family viruses and metals as you are testimony that your Lyme and emf issues were resolved using his approach

However he says that autoimmune conditions Ms is caused by a strain of ebv and that  A high fat diet is bad for the viruses. However I found no scientific literature to back this claim.

Terry Wahls a doctor who had Ms
And was in a wheelchair was able to recover through a high fat paleo diet.So this seems like a contradiction that if ms is causedBy ebv and a high fat diet like Anthony claims feeds pathogenSeeing that this lady was able to recover using low carb

https://terrywahls.com/about-the-wahls-protocol/

I ask this because I wonder if there are individual paradigms of truth.I believe in anecdotal experiences and I’m still trying to learn about this

dteshome85- if you have time to wait for science to prove something out of the goodness of their heart good luck! these guys work for grant money from what ive been told. Dont forget that some people on this forum have struggled for more then a decade some of them. They have been in and out of the doctors offices, and will try anything that will promise e signs of relief,. Anthony William's Approach just happens to bring results. Anthony 1 big Science 0. dont forget some of these "big science" people still look at you like you have 11 heads when you tell them you are emf sensetive (just a side note)

Dr Martin Pall was a man of science who has shown the effects of emf to be real.As with many scientific studies showing the effects of ehs

I spoke with him over the phone and he said with 5g basically only thing you can do is move.I haven’t seen any studies that have shown that high fat diets lower in carbs has a impact on herpes family viruses.

Re: Where to go now

Jinna
Dtes, I agree with you partially.

There is science to prove that non- animal diets with high fruits are healthy.

I talked about that, the China Study with quite many people in, by thousands, if my memory is good.

You are right that the TREND at this RIGHT moment is not low fat, but HIGH FAT.

Dr Mercola is on that Keto high fat and many alternative doctors are claiming that HIGH FAT is what you gotta do.

The problem with that, in my opinion, is because they think glucose causes all main health problems on the planet.

This is indeed opposite to Anthony's thoughts: that glucose FROM FRUITS are not causing problems, because they come bound with phytochemicals and minerals, but what's causing problems is added sugar (deprived from nutrients), chemicals in food, and a high fat diet.

If you truly want to understand his approach, you got to read Liver Rescue.

The preface is written by a medical doctor.

I had naturally tried Keto and Paleo diet and sincerely, I felt like dying. This was MUCH before I heard of Anthony.

No matter what people told me, I always felt better if I ate my salad bowl and if I ate fruits until I feel satisfied.

People kept telling me that fruits will feed candida and lyme 15 years ago, so I tried to avoid fruits many times.

But literally, I felt like dying, I was not going to survive, it was RED ALARM in my whole body.

While I believe we are not all made the same, we all have the same organs, the same type of teeth, same type of intestines. Looking at nature and comparing animals convinced me that we are not made to be eating a diet full of meats.

Plus, nature does not offer fats in high amounts that easily.

Just think of the neolithic man.

He gotta hunt animals, he gotta press some grains etc.
Where the heck is he going to find enough fats to sustain his keto diet?

He did not even plant grains, right?
He's gotta get from his environment.

you bet that he would not be eating keto style of diet.

No, the guy will get some roots, some fruits here and there, some leaves, possibly one bird, insects to eat, possibly one bird egg here and there, possibly some nuts when it's season, but not enough to sustain his keto style of diet.

We all still need nutrients, anti oxidants, mineral rich foods that are bio available.

No, the logic of keto may work short term, many people are getting results short term, but as far as I could see, the longer they stay, they lose all benefits.

Plus, it's a very hard diet to keep on going, LONG term.
Most people use it until they feel better, then they change.

In Anthony's forum, there are MANY people coming out from Keto- Paleo.
Many, who only got temporary relief, and are still looking for answers.

Since I read the Liver Book, I felt I knew stuff very few people know.
I read it at least 3 times through, because it was pretty dense.

Dr Rau from Paracelsus says that fatigue is the disease of the liver.
Every one treating lyme will have liver problems, on and off.
Many lose their gall bladder, due to high inflammation.

The gall bladder fills up with gunk, then infection, stones, etc, specially if you're on a high fat diet.
The liver too: where is all the fat going?!

One thing is right: if you go on high fat, you CANNOT eat high fruits, high glucose: the digestive path is OPPOSITE, you need acid for digesting fats, while fruits need an alkaline environment.

People who eat high fat cannot increase fruits. Forget about it: they get insulin resistant very fast, and any sweet fruit will cause them heightened problems.

They say keto cures their insulin resistance but they are not eating fruits to prove that.

If no glucose in the diet, no problems with high glucose in the blood, right?

What you could do: give it a try on keto, like many of us did.

But go 100% keto and your body will show you, probably, what's good for you or bad.

I follow Dr Mercola for about 2 decades. He's got plenty of good information and he turned to keto in the last years.

He usually follows to the letter. When I see what he turned into now, he looks very ill to me.

In 20 years that I follow him, never has he looked so sick as now, after he embraced fully keto.

He looks like a cancer patient to me. It's not a proof, I'm just telling you my view...

The only thing I trust in health matters is my body.

I talk to my body, I respect it, I learn with it, with mistakes.

I know in my case, keto and paleo are far from good diets for me.

I have been having liver problems for a long time, and I'm giving a try on Anthony's high fruit, high carbs, low oil, low protein. Not only him proposes that, dr Rau also does (he's got even a better transition to less fatty / less protein than Anthony, I find).

Try keto and see for yourself.

It's one of the most anti-natural approaches you'll find, as I said, many people have good initial results, but it's hard to keep on for years on that.

Plus the liver will probably take a toll.

Anthony does not see patients anymore, for quite some time.

he was charging 500 dollars for a session, which is a lot, but still very little compared to what lyme doctors charge...

Even if you can pay him, he'll not see you.

Many people are trying, he's seeing one celebrity here and then, but not to make money anymore.
