When Edison visited this morning....

This morning I heard the doors of our meter cabinet opening and closing.  I raced down the stairs, prepared to do battle.  There was an Edison meter reader there... I said, "Are you just taking readings?"  He said, "Yes.  I like your note.  It helps me keep my job." (I have DO NOT INSTALL SMART METERS plastered all over the cabinets.)  It warmed my heart to think that protecting my daughter is also protecting the livelihood of this young man -- and I thought I would share that message with you this morning.

I don't know if where I live there is a smart meter or not. How can I tell by looking at it?

If you were to get a new one you would see a digital component.

Some electric & gas co,  put them over the analog too.
Thee still is a digital component you would see.
